Can I request a catalog?
To keep costs down and enable us to provide lower-cost iris varieties, we do not print color catalogs. Please browse our online catalog.

How are the prices determined?
Prices range from $4 to $25 per rhizome, with new introductions ranging up to $40. Prices reflect the newness of the variety along with its availability and demand upon its availability.
How do I place an order on your website?

How many can I order of each variety?
Our shopping cart will limit the number of rhizomes you can order of each variety. If you would like to order more of a particular variety than it allows, please contact us to request an inventory check.
Can I get my order shipped immediately?
Irises are not available for immediate shipment, and they will not bloom the year in which you plant them. In most cases they bloom the following year, though some spend the first year growing and bloom the following year. All orders are shipped from July through August and are processed as received. We cannot do spring shipping. If you have specific needs regarding time of shipment, please let us know.
How can I save my shopping cart for later?
To save your shopping cart for later, log in to your account (or register if you don't have one yet). It will show your saved cart the next time you log in.
Do you have pictures of every iris?
We have pictures of most of the irises that we carry, but not all. Adding pictures to the site is an ongoing endeavor, and we apologize for any inconvenience. We plan to add pictures year after year until we reach the goal of a fully-pictured catalog. In the meantime, if any iris description interests you that you don't see pictured, we might suggest you type the name of that variety along with the word "iris" into a google search. Very often you can locate a picture of the iris that way.
Will you substitute if the iris I order is out of stock?
If you would like to give us a list of acceptable substitutions, please put them in the order comments. Otherwise we will not substitute. Instead we will refund the unavailable iris.
Do you give discounts or bonuses?
Instead of giving discounts, we prefer to simply keep the prices on our plants as low as possible. However, although we don't give discounts, we gladly provide bonus plants.
We like to include in each package bonus plants of varieties that have grown well for us that year. If you prefer no bonus plants, please let us know in the order comments.
