Ordering & Shipping

To place an order, browse the online catalog and add the irises you want to purchase into your shopping cart. During check out, you will provide your contact information but will not pay for the order. First we will reply to verify that the irises you request are available, at which time we will request payment to Wild Iris Rows in the form of check, money order, or PayPal. Upon receipt of payment, we will send an e-mail confirmation. Orders are processed as received.

To save your shopping cart for later, log in to your account (or register if you don't have one yet). It will show your saved cart the next time you log in.

Irises are considered reserved for customers upon payment. We attempt to fill every order according to the desired specifications of each customer, but some varieties become sold out as the season progresses. We encourage our customers to make a list of possible substitutions to include with their order in the event that we are sold out of certain varieties or to let us know if no substitutions are desired.

We request that all orders be in, along with payment, by August 1st, as we are preparing our final shipments of the season at this time.


We accept checks, money orders, and PayPal.

  • Shipping will be $10 for the first 10 plants and 25 cents for each additional plant.
  • We only ship within the continental US.
  • Orders over $200 will ship for FREE.
  • You may add on to a previous order and combine shipping as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Please send your payment promptly after placing your order and receiving confirmation that your order was received. This will ensure that your irises are reserved for you.

Shipping Times

  • Irises are not available for immediate shipment, and they will not bloom the year in which you plant them. In most cases they bloom the following year, though some spend the first year growing and bloom the following year.
  • All orders are shipped from July through August and are processed as received. We cannot do spring shipping. If you have specific needs regarding time of shipment, please let us know.

Refund Policy

For missing or defective plants we will give a refund or will ship the missing or defective plant(s) free of charge. Please report any problems to us within two weeks of receiving your shipment.
